If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition within 21 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange or credit note as you please. 

For Sale items, please return the goods for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. For exchange on sale items, please include a payment of £5 to cover the cost of the postage of the replacement item. If you prefer, you can call us to make the payment over the telephone.
