Postage and Delivery

We offer delivery both within and outside the UK. Our prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. For orders made from outside the EU, the VAT (17.5%) will automatically be deducted at the checkout.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 days with a confirmed payment, however, please allow up to 28 days for delivery within the UK. If the product is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Postage will be calculated on the pound sterling value and destination of your order.

* The postage cost to Europe & the Rest of World are approximates. If the cost turns out to be significantly more, we will email you first to advise you of the exact cost before dispatch. If postage is significantly less, we will happily refund you the difference in P&P.

Note that for all orders (UK or overseas) where light weight products (e.g. purses, wallets, scarves, belts, jewellery & cosmetics) are bought as a single purchase, the delivery charge may not be as high as the values listed in the above table. Where the delivery charge is significantly less, we will refund you the difference.

Royal Mail Tracked & Safeplace - Peace of mind & convenience for you

Royal Mail Tracked

This service allows your parcel to be tracked from depatch to its safe arrival with you. Delivery is within 2-3 days from when it was despatched.

Track your parcel online - Your parcel is tracked four times through its travels to you. If you would like to track the progress of your parcel of if you have not received your parcel within 3 days from depatch, please contact us.


Royal Mail Safeplace

This service allows you to nominate a safe place to leave your parcel if you are not at home and you need not sit around all day waiting for your parcel. It is a free service especially for you.

This is perfect for non-letterboxable items (our fab shoes perhaps) and your goodies are delivered safely, even if you are out. A safeplace must be a secure and weatherproof area on your property or a neighbour.

If your postie deems your safeplace unsuitable, a 'While you were out' card informing you of where your goodies have been left or if they have been returned to the delivery office.

Your goodies will be tracked and made available by 8:30am on the day after attempted delivery.


Royal Mail Signed-for Recorded

This is a signed-for delivery service and your goodies will need to be signed for before it can be left. Our deliveries are address to address, not person to person, so our drivers will allow whoever answers the door to take receipt of the parcel. Please bear this in mind when you place an order, making sure you are giving us a secure delivery address (preferably a work address) where there will be someone to sign for it during working hours. If no one is available they will leave a card for you.


Royal Mail & Parcelforce Next-Day Guaranteed

We are able to offer a 24-hour delivery within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, available to you on Mondays to Thursdays only, for a postage cost of 7.75. Orders will need to be placed by 8am GMT to be processed the same working day for next day delivery.


Parcelforce 48 hours

This is a signed-for delivery service and your goodies will need to be signed for before it can be left. Our deliveries are address to address, not person to person, so our drivers will allow whoever answers the door to take receipt of the parcel. Please bear this in mind when you place an order, making sure you are giving us a secure delivery address (preferably a work address) where there will be someone to sign for it during working hours. If no one is available they will leave a card for you.


Parcelforce Saturday Delivery

This service is available on special request only. Please call us on 0208 8788 388 to organise this service and no later than 12pm on Fridays. The charge for this service is 15.


Parcels not Successfully Delivered

It is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel, however please contact our team on 0208 8788 388 if you should have any problems. In the event of an item not being successfully delivered or collected within 21 days, your parcel will be returned to us. Please note if your goodies are sent back to us, an additional postage charge will be incurred to redeliver your parcel to you.

International Delivery

We use Royal Mail International Signed-for Recorded.

Your goodies are tracked up to the point they leave the UK and in some cases on arrival in your country. Your local postal service will deliver through their regular registered service. A signature will be taken at the delivery address (please note this will not necessarily be the addressess) which means the item is not left unattended or posted through a letter box.

If no-one is available to sign for your goodies, they will be retained by the postal service fora subsequent delivery attempt or collection by you.

Insurance

Your purchase is insured during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. A signature is required for the goods to be delivered. After that point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Duties and Taxes

For orders made outside the UK, you will also incur carriage costs and any duties levied by your local customs office. Your local customs office will provide details of these costs.

Tracking your order

If you wish to track your order, please contact us. We will give you your individual tracker number so that you can track the delivery status of your order.
