Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, but understand that this may not always be the case. Please return the goods for exchange or refund within 21 days from the date the goods were dispatched.

Returning items in perfect state and their original packaging to Bourgeois Boheme is a customer responsibility; therefore we may not be able to refund you for damaged items or parcels lost in the mail. Please note that most recorded delivery services offer limited compensation for the items lost in the mail. Please contact your postal service for additional information and inquire about the possibility of additional coverage where necessary. Please DO NOT post shoes back without an outer wrapping or box. The shoe box must be in resellable condition and not have shipping labels or tape attached (otherwise £5 will be deducted from the total you are to be credited).

When refunding or exchanging, please complete the returns form stating whether you would like a refund, store credit or an exchange.

For Sale items, please return the goods for exchange or refund within 7 days after the date the goods are received. However, for exchanges please include a payment of £5 with your returned item to cover the cost of the postage of the replacement item. If you prefer, you can call us to take the payment over the telephone.

Exchanges

For UK customers, we are happy to cover the postage costs to send you your first exchange item(s) (NOT sale items, additional postage will have to be paid prior to dispatch of sale exchange items). However, we will not cover postage costs for additional exchanges. In case we shipped you incorrect or faulty items, please include the paid postage fee receipt and we will compensate you for the Royal Mail Recorded delivery service. If you choose to send back your parcel with the Royal Mail next day delivery or another Mail courier service, we may not be able to credit you back the full price of the service.

Refunds

All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or a cheque sent excluding postage charges. Refunds of international customs duties and sales taxes are excluded on shipments outside the UK. If you are requesting a refund, we will aim to make this within 14 days of receiving the products.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. The delivery package will suffer some normal wear and tear but please contact us immediately if any item(s) in your shipment has been damaged. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for a prompt service. Damaged packaging and items must be kept for inspection by the carrier.

Lost Items

If the parcel sent is lost, we will happily send out a replacement order where possible. Otherwise, Bourgeois Boheme will offer you a store credit or a full refund that will include the price of the postage.

Cancellation Of An Order

If your order has not left our premises, we can cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately on +44 (0)20 88 788 388. Unfortunately, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we cannot cancel it.

Shop Credit

A Shop credit cannot be redeemed for cash. A shop Credit, including any portion thereof, can only be redeemed within one year of its date of issue, after which it expires. A shop Credit can only be used by the holder of the Shop credit, being the person whose account is credited with that shop credit. The holder of a Shop credit cannot transfer or assign the shop credit.
