Placing an Order
- Will I receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
- Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within an hour though this does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your credit or debit card has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped. You will receive another e-mail notifying you if any of the items you ordered are not in stock.
- What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
- You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after we receive your order. If you do not receive this message within an hour of placing your order do contact us.
- How can I check the status of an order placed online?
- You can check on the status of your order by login to MY ACCOUNT. You will need to type in your username and account password. You can also email us at info@bboheme.com
- Can I order by telephone or fax?
- Yes, to order by phone or fax, please call or fax +44 (0)20 88 788 388 between 9am and 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Please have the descriptions of the items you wish to purchase, along with shipping and credit card information ready when you call.
- Can orders be shipped outside the UK?
- Yes. Postage and other information can be viewed in our Postage and Policies section.
- Can I refund or exchange an order?
- We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, but understand that this may not always be the case. Please see our refund and exchange policy section.
- Can I cancel an order?
- If your order has not left our premises, we can cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately on +44 (0)20 88 788 388. Unfortunately, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we cannot cancel it.
- How can I pay for my order?
- Credit and Debit cards accepted: Maestro, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept personal and banker's cheques and money orders.
- How much will I be charged for shipping?
- Please see our postage and delivery section.
- Is my order insured?
- Bourgeois Boheme has arranged that all orders in transit from our premises to the delivery address be insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer. Once the merchandise has been signed for at the specified delivery address the merchandise is no longer covered by insurance.
