REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We would love for you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, please return your shoes for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date the shoes were delivered. 

Returning items in perfect condition and their original packaging to Bourgeois Boheme is a customer responsibility; therefore we may not be able to refund you for damaged items or parcels lost in the mail.

TRYING ON OF SHOES
We cannot accept any returns that have been worn, marked or damaged.  The soles of our shoes are of a delicate nature.  Shoes MUST only be tried on indoors, on carpet or a similar soft surface.  Any signs of  damage or wear on the soles will render the shoe not suitable for return and the customer will be liable for the return postage of the shoes.

RETURNS LABEL (UK only)

You are able to use the pre-paid returns label included with your order.  Please package your shoes well, attach the label and drop it off at any post office or Royal Mail Centre.  For 1 pair of shoes we will deduct/process a charge of £5.95.  For 2 pairs it will be £10.  Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage for your records.

Please DO NOT post shoes back to us without an outer wrapping or box. The shoe box must be in re-sellable condition and not have shipping labels or tape attached to it, otherwise £10 will be deducted from the total you are to be credited.

When refunding or exchanging, please complete the returns form stating whether you would like a refund, store credit or an exchange.  For goods returned after 30 days, it is up to the descretion of Bourgeois Boheme if an exchange is processed or a refund or store credit will be issued.

SALE ITEMS
Please return the goods for exchange or refund within 14 days after the date the shoes were received.  For sale goods returned after 14 days, it is up to the descretion of Bourgeois Boheme if an exchange is processed or a refund or store credit will be issued.

UK

RETURNS LABEL

You are able to use the pre-paid returns label included with your order.  Please package your shoes well, attach the label and drop it off at any post office or Royal Mail Centre.  For 1 pair of shoes we will deduct/process a charge of £5.95.  For 2 pairs it will be £10.  Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage for your records.

We are happy to cover the postage costs to send you out your first exchange item(s).  However, we are unable to cover postage costs for additional exchanges. If we shipped you an incorrect or faulty item(s), please include the paid postage fee receipt and we will compensate you for the postage paid. If you send back your parcel with Royal Mail Next Day Delivery or another mail courier service, we may not be able to credit you the full price of the service.

International
For international orders, the customer will need to pay the shipping charge for any exchanges sent out.  We will process this payment or request payment prior to shipment of an exchanged item.  


REFUNDS

All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Refunds of international customs duties and sales taxes are excluded on shipments outside the UK. If requesting a refund, we aim to make this within 14 days of receiving the product.

DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. The delivery package will suffer some normal wear and tear but contact us immediately if any item(s) in your shipment has been damaged. Please provide the order number, your email address and phone number for prompt service. Damaged packaging and items must be kept for inspection by the carrier.

LOST ITEMS
If the parcel sent is lost, we will happily send out a replacement order where possible. Otherwise, Bourgeois Boheme will offer a store credit or a full refund that will include the postage price.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If your order has not left our premises, we can cancel it; to do so, please contact us immediately on +44 (0)20 8251 9407.

STORE CREDIT OR VOUCHERS
A store credit or voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. A store credit, including any portion thereof, can only be redeemed within one year of its issue date, after which it expires. It can only be used by the holder of the store credit, being the person whose account is credited with that store credit. The holder cannot transfer or assign the credit.
